Anastasia Broikos - RE/MAX Plus

Anastasia's passion for real estate developed organically; she grew up watching her mother working in one of the largest private development companies in Manhattan. Dinner conversation revolved around the world of New York City real estate, which Anastasia found endlessly fascinating.

After studying Religion at New York University, Anastasia spent several years in publishing. She was the Operations Manager for the Renewals Division at Time Magazine, overseeing an $18 million budget. She managed the direct mail campaigns at Time Out New York and was instrumental in their successful expansion throughout New York City after the initial launch. She ran the subsidiary that was responsible for all the stand alone franchises at USNews & World Report, such as the highly regarded America's Best Colleges.

These endeavors allowed Anastasia to develop a unique and wide-ranging set of skills, honed on a national level. After making the transition to her first love, real estate, she was thrilled to apply her talents in sales, marketing and contract negotiation to the benefit of her clients in the local Rochester real estate market. Her experience, attention to detail, and nuanced understanding of the real estate market have garnered her many stellar reviews from happy clients.

Anastasia is someone her clients can always depend on to shepherd them through their transactions. Anastasia is married to a recovering attorney; they live in Penfield with their two daughters and a very charismatic terrier named Zelda.
