I am a native Oregonian, born in Portland, raised in Hillsboro, and currently living in the beautiful town of Forest Grove. I have a Bachelor of Social Science in Administration of Justice from Portland State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from PSU Center of Real Estate. I have over 27 years of experience as a legal assistant/paralegal in real estate, land use, municipal matters, investor relations, business transactions, and corporate, securities matters. This knowledge, coupled with my undergraduate and graduate degrees, have provided me with valuable skills that can be used in real estate negotiations, development, assisting and educating home-buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing properties.
As a broker, my priority is to make sure I understand my client's needs and act on them 100%. I am a great listener, creative, and think outside of the box. I'm a doer. It is my goal to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and strive to ensure that the buying and selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free for my clients. When I am not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time playing golf with my husband, wine tasting, hanging out with friends, reading, watching various sports, and cheering on my step-daughter in Softball and Basketball.
