I was born and raised in England. After finishing school, I traveled across Europe. and lived in Germany and Greece, where I met my future husband. I then moved with my military spouse “across the pond” to the United States where I worked in Virginia, Tennessee, Illinois and finally making a home in the Sarasota-Bradenton area.
Before becoming a licensed real estate professional in 1996, I spent 9 years in the Mortgage Lending business. In 1997, I received the Rookie of the Year award, and the Century 21 Centurion award in 1999 for sales production. In 2000, I joined the RE/MAX family and have grown over the past 23 years with the company, earning various awards ranging from Executive level to the 100% Club throughout my tenure with RE/MAX. In 2010 I was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, which is awarded to less than 23% of RE/MAX agents worldwide.
My in-depth training includes military relocation, staging, market analytics, negotiation skills, creative financing, short sales, and foreclosures, earning prestigious real estate designations of Accredited Buyer Representative, CIPS, Certified International Property Specialist, SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist, RENE, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, SRS, Seller Representative Specialist, CWS, Certified Waterfront Specialist, PSA, Pricing Strategy Advisor, e-Pro, and ASP, Accredited Staging Professional. Together with being a member of NAR & Florida Realtors, I am also a member of the Global Business Council, Women’s Council of Realtors and the Manatee Chamber of Commerce.
