With nearly three decades of leadership in nonprofit fundraising and marketing, she transitioned into real estate to leverage her entrepreneurial drive alongside her expertise in relationship-building, marketing, and project management. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has served diverse organizations, including the Cleveland Clinic, Children’s Hospitals of The King’s Daughters, and the Virginia Symphony Orchestra. This broad experience has equipped her with the ability to build meaningful, trust-based relationships with a wide range of clients, ensuring a personalized approach to every real estate transaction. Passionate about giving back to her local community, Elizabeth has served on numerous boards including The Foundation for Community Betterment, The Benjamin Goldberg Foundation, and is a member of the Council at Trinity Lutheran Church in Norfolk. Elizabeth enjoys traveling, beach volleyball and lives in the Lynnhaven Colony neighborhood with her husband, Ted, CEO of Norfolk Festevents, Inc.
