Kellen is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, where he focused on Legal Studies. His love of the law, business, and working with people led him into a career in Human Resources, where he enjoyed a senior management role for a number of years, until he was bitten by the real estate bug.

His proficiency in real estate comes from years of successfully selling and buying homes, skillfully negotiating on behalf of clients, and analyzing complex contracts. Kellen also has a passion for, and has been successful at, renovating, flipping, and managing investment properties, making him an invaluable resource for any client interested in improving the value of a property and accelerating their equity.

Kellen prides himself on his honest and full-service approach. He endeavours to serve his clients as a long-term real estate advisor, pledging to be a lasting resource to them and not simply an aide in a transaction.
