Prior to pursuing real estate full-time, he was the owner and manager of the largest independently owned Insurance Adjusting firm in Calgary. During his 23 year career in that field, he focused on catastrophic claims which gave him endless experience in building construction, negotiations, and settlement of complex issues. Even back then, his “side hustle”, as we now know it, was the renovation and flipping of residential homes, as well as the acquisition of long and short term rentals.

With experience comes wisdom, and David has learned that a fulfilling life is a balanced one. So when client care is complete, he directs his energy towards his two wonderful kids Scott and McKenzie.
