Jason, who hails from the small community of Bass River, married the love of his life Tessa and headed off on their greatest adventure … teaching English as a second language in Japan. Once their “travel bug” had been fully fed, they returned home to Truro, where Tessa kept on teaching and Jason embarked on his Real Estate Career here at Remax Fairlane Realty. It was a natural fit for this well-travelled guy who paid his way through the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, spending his summers putting in long days working side by side with his Dad in his construction business.
Having earned his Business Degree in 2003, Jason took the Remax Mentored Program, “Buffini’s 100 Days to Greatness” and Richard Robins “Masters Edge” with gusto and has been a Remax Award winner ever since. So translating real estate contracts for 1st time Buyers & Sellers into Plain Language comes easy for Jason. He just seems to know what is stressing his clients out and handles it with ease. All of his colleagues enjoy selling his listings because of his helpful nature and attention to detail. Now approaching 17 years in the industry, Jason has gained plenty of experience, including new construction and condominium sales.
In Jason’s “downtime” he may be parked in front of the big screen, feet up, with his daughter Addy watching the Toronto Maple Leafs or Philadelphia Eagles. He also enjoys getting out on the ice for a game of pick-up hockey or on the golf course once in a while. Summers he enjoys camping with his family and friends!
Jason owns a home in East Mountain and also has a rental property– No surprise to us here at Remax Fairlane Realty that it turned out to be a Condo in Debert, where Jason served a year as Vice President on the Condo Board, when they purchased their first home.
