An established leader in the real estate industry, Sandra has consistent success in the challenges she faces. A longtime entrepreneur with an impressive list of achievements, Sandra continues to face challenges critically and objectively, ensuring decisions are made with care and the end goals in mind.
After an 11-year career selling real estate, Sandra left sales for industry leadership. In 2017, she became a Managing Broker at a real estate office of over 115 agents. Surpassing KPIs in recruiting, cost control, and elevating Realtor provisions, Sandra proved capabilities in this realm quickly.
With a clear skill set in cultural and productivity development and communication delivery, Sandra became Manager of Professional Development in early 2020. During this tenure, she launched new business practices, streamlined staff procedures, and achieved adoption metrics for platforms such as ShowingTime, Broker Bay, KVCore, and more. These successes were accomplished during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This led Sandra to RE/MAX Canada headquarters. As Director of Business Growth, she worked with broker-owners across Canada to grow brokerages—facilitating franchise renewals, expansions, mergers, acquisitions, and coaching. Sandra gained unique insight, rounding out vast experience.
With a heart firmly planted in brokerage services, Sandra has settled at REMAX Twin City, bringing her experience home to support the area’s most successful brokerage in its continued growth.
Sandra thrives on exploring options and paving a solid path. A past two-term director of a real estate association, she remains involved in organized real estate. She has delivered top coaching programs, explored tools available to Realtors, and appreciates opportunities for people of all kinds.
Sandra is also passionate about her personal life. A wife and mother, she spends her time exploring life and traveling the world
