For almost 20 years I have sat on the boards of three not for profit affordable housing buildings in North York, Toronto. The suites are predominately for elderly residents. Last point, I am Realtor who works on the personal aspect. No person or family is considered just a transaction to me. I work with only a limited few clients at any one time, complete my work before accepting a new client. My success ratios are very high in low days-on-market and for obtaining over the top pricing for my selling clients. I specialize but am not restricted to senior moves, moving mom or dad into a care facility or estates. I wrote the books for Canadian Realtors on this subject.
