Ivete has been a part of the Summit County community for over 10 years and has owned and managed several long term and short term properties. She is a creative thinker, who excels in communication and negotiating. Paired with an MBA, and flair for design she is not afraid to get her hands dirty. When she has a vision, you can often find her dedicated to the research needed and collaborating with like-minded individuals to get a job done. She believes that investing in real estate is a team effort in which you must form alliances in the community. Ivete finds the search for a house just as enjoyable as closing a deal. She knows that a home is not just a house but a place where family gathers and connects.
When she is not in the office you can often find her riding her mountain bike, camping, or skiing with her sons, 2 dogs and husband. She is an active board member with Mountain Top Childrens Museum which provides STEM based learning programs for local and visiting families in Breckenridge.
