Sandra Klosterman - RE/MAX Victory + Affiliates

Working as a full time real estate agent combines my love and appreciation of architecture and interior design along with my passion for working with buyers and sellers in serving Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. I am a member of the Kim Beyer real estate team for RE/MAX Preferred Group. Kim, Carrie Jester-Mullins and myself work together to best serve our buyers and sellers. I have been in the customer service business for my entire career and I am well known as a professional, friendly agent. I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and lived in Cincinnati and surrounding Westside suburbs. Before joining the real estate business I was a licensed cosmetologist and instructor in both Indiana and Ohio. I also have a background in interior design, having owned a small custom drapery and decorating business. This experience has been useful with negotiating for my buyers and sellers. My expertise in staging and photography allows for a quick sale with the highest sale price possible for my Sellers.

I began studying for my Indiana Real Estate license in 2007 while living in the Hidden Valley Lake community in Southeastern Indiana. Having had an interest in Real Estate since childhood it seemed a natural step with my community interest and knowledge. Later obtaining my Ohio license was the next step. Most recently I achieved my Kentucky Salesperson license to better serve my buyers and sellers all over the tri-state area. I have earned the President’s, Executive, and the Circle of Excellence 2021 awards designations for my service/sales.
