Hi, I’m Jake Gans. Originally from Northern California, I’ve proudly called Colorado Springs home for the past 15 years. After moving to Colorado, I joined the varsity baseball coaching staff at Cheyenne Mountain High School going on 12 years. With a lifelong background in sports, coaching came naturally to me and reinforced my passion for guiding, supporting, and being a resource for others. That same drive and dedication fuel my approach to real estate.
I was instantly drawn to the Colorado lifestyle—the mountains, outdoor adventures, and vibrant local culture. Whether it's rock climbing, snowboarding, dancing, cooking, fishing, or trying out new restaurants and breweries, I love exploring everything this amazing area has to offer.
Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in learning and studying the real estate market here in Colorado Springs. I truly believe this is one of the best places to live, invest, and build a future.
