I have been helping people buy and sell real estate in Colorado Springs since May 2001. I love real estate but what really makes me happy is helping people and the relationships that happen in the process.
I value being professional, ethical, loyal and very knowledgeable about the things you need to know when it comes to selling your home or buying a new one. Sellers and buyers need to know what they do not know and that is what the best Realtors do for their clients - educate them to make wise informed decisions and make them comfortable and confident with the process. And of course, most importantly, make them happy about the sale or purchase of their home.
I am an experienced, seasoned Realtor, who is respected in my profession and now, more than ever, that is very important when it comes to buying or selling in this changing market. I work with PCS'ing Military, Relocation, Investors, Seller and Buyer Agency, 1031 exchanges and Broker to Broker Referrals.
I pride myself on excellent client service while having a lot of fun doing it. Almost all of my business is repeat business and referrals. That comes with years of experience earning people's trust and doing a good job. I have clients that are ready to go immediately and some who are 1-2 years out from their move and just need to know how to get things in order for their sale or what they need to do to prepare to purchase.
My personal interests include animals, music, gardening, plants, the outdoors, reading and cooking. I have lived in Colorado Springs since 1994 and came here as a healthcare professional. I enjoy spending time with my very large 4-legged fur family : )
