Hi! I’m Charlyn Cosgrove, but you can call me “Char.” A proud Michigan native, I’ve spent years reveling in the wonders of our beautiful state. From the charming towns of Sparta, Big Rapids and Kalkaska to my current home in Grand Ledge with my husband Mark and our beloved dog, Tommy. Michigan has always been my heartland. Alongside Mark, we cherish our five children and ten grandchildren, who bring endless joy and busyness to our lives. My journey in the real estate world began in 1980 when I acquired my license. Following a successful career in banking, where I managed multiple bank branches, I discovered my true calling in real estate. The wealth of knowledge I’ve gained over the years, spanning both lending and real estate industries, positions me uniquely to provide exceptional services to my clients.

A graduate of Ferris State University, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in human services, a testament to my unwavering commit to assisting and empowering others.
