Janice Ross
Janice Ross grew up in Pittsburgh and attended Penn State University undergrad and Duquesne University for a Master’s degree. She relocated to Los Angeles in 1982 in search of a warmer climate.
When Janice first moved to Hilton Head she was a part time resident living aboard a Motor Yacht in Shelter Cove Harbor. Since falling in love with the island lifestyle and all the perks in comparison to California (like clean air & no traffic), Janice and her husband Rich have been full time residents of Leamington since 2015.
Janice brings 30 years of West Coast Real Estate experience to the team, and The Ultimate Life Tool. As a Level IV Certified Life Coach she has deep insight into helping people reach their maximum potential and find the perfect home and neighborhood to fulfill their every desire.
