Tracy Lippert - RE/MAX Island Realty

Tracy is an expert at identifying, negotiating, purchasing, and managing VRBO/Airbnb and Investment Properties. She has owned and managed several rental properties on Hilton Head Island (HHI) for many years. Tracy transfers this knowledge to her clients by guiding them through the purchase of their primary residence, second home or investment property. She also helps with the establishment of her client's VRBO/Airbnb accounts if needed. Tracy has been in the Real Estate arena on the island for 25 years. She has owned her personal homes in HHI since 1995 and loves to show off this beautiful island and the surrounding areas.

Shortly after completing her undergraduate degree, she moved to HHI and began her career in Real Estate and Property Management. In addition, Tracy worked at the University of South Carolina in a senior administrative position, where she earned her master’s degree from the Darla Moore School of Business. She brings with her a wealth of experience in residential real estate, business, marketing and sales.
