Kristofer M. Snyder - RE/MAX Experts

I moved here from Maine to join the Steve Harvey Team @ RE/MAX in December 2015. My wife and I have 3 young children and we hope to have more. My wife, Samantha Snyder, is also a licensed assistant on the Steve Harvey Team. Since moving here, getting married and starting our family, we have also become very involved in our community, specifically at our church - Family Worship Center. We take immense pride in leading morally driven lives.

I have lived and breathed Real Estate for the past 9+ years. Since day 1 in Real Estate, I have managed roughly 100 rental properties. We have also sold many of the rentals since I got here, but I am always looking to add more rentals to my portfolio. I have worked with many Seller's to list their homes along with many Buyer's to find their next home. In addition to myself and my amazing team at RE/MAX, I also have highly experienced contractors that I use at all of my rental properties that I bring to the table when working in the sales side of the business. One of the biggest issues for Realtor's is finding reasonable contractors for the varying needs of their clients. I have the best of the best in the area that I send loads of business to. This offers me a unique advantage as my contractor's will prioritize my job sites to ensure not only quality work and reasonable pricing, but quick turnaround times as well.

My primary area of focus is Polk County. Most of my rental properties are in Lakeland but I am comfortable managing rental properties and working with Buyer's and Seller's in the surrounding areas, including Winter Haven, Bartow, Auburndale, Polk City, Plant City, Mulberry, Davenport, Lake Alfred, Haines City, Kissimmee, Brandon, etc.

Lastly, as I tell all my current customers and colleagues: If I am awake, I am working. I am available long after most people in the industry stop working. Nights, weekends, holidays. If my customer needs me or a tenant has an emergency, I am there for them.
