We form strong relationships throughout the process and stay in touch even after closing. It brings me joy to guide buyers through the entire process from house hunting to handing over their keys and seeing the smiles on their faces. As a luxury home expert, I enjoy the marketing and advertising aspects of preparing sellers’ homes to be listed including organizing staging and decorating and hiring professional photographers and videographers.
I also hold the Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with the Million Dollar Guild Award, and the Certified New Home Specialist certification.
