DeAnn Baker - RE/MAX Preferred Associates

With a dynamic career spanning national sales, marketing leadership, and high-performance real estate, DeAnn brings a uniquely strategic perspective to every transaction. A top-producing Realtor® with RE/MAX Preferred Associates, she has held her Ohio real estate license since 2018 and has earned the Ohio Association of Realtors Award each year since!

Before real estate, DeAnn held executive roles in competitive national markets, including National Sales Manager at MGV International in Irvine, CA, and VP of Marketing and Sales at Legal Search, Inc. in Toledo, OH. Her extensive background in sales and business development across the tech and title sectors gives her sharp negotiation skills and market insight.

A Multi-Million Dollar Producer and Probate Court-approved Appraiser, DeAnn is a member of the National, Ohio, and Northwest Ohio Associations of Realtors. She previously served as Treasurer of the Toledo Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors.

An active community leader, DeAnn serves or has served on the Boards of the Springfield Schools Foundation, Toledo Ballet, Toledo Alliance for the Performing Arts, and the Maumee Chamber of Commerce. She also supports the Toledo Museum of Art, Great Lakes Museum, Toledo Humane Society, Metroparks Toledo, Toledo Zoo, and other local and national organizations.

DeAnn studied Chemical Engineering with a Biomedical focus at Michigan State University before earning a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Toledo. She completed graduate coursework in UT’s MBA program, where she served as a Graduate Assistant. Her real estate education was completed through Hondros College.
