Being a Realtor is not just a profession but a passion. To me, it’s an avenue for providing encouragement and giving hope to homeowners and being the referral point in matters regarding real estate. My motivation to join the real estate field was inspired by a deep desire to guide people in home ownership. A Real Estate Transaction is a complex process that involves multiple parties, extensive details, and complicated contract legalities. Most of these transactions often encounter common mistakes and issues that jeopardize the dream of owning a home. The transaction can be twice complicated for first time home buyers and relocators; groups that make a unique group of clients. Not only do they require an agent with extensive market knowledge but also one with an intrinsic understanding of their objectives and expertise on assessing the trending neighborhood areas that are up-and-coming and available amenities; an agent like me with a dedicated effort to making their dreams come true. In serving the markets of Alabama and Georgia, the hallmark of my services is honesty and integrity. I couple my professional designations as Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) with my business acumen of 15 years as an entrepreneur to provide real estate services that come with an investment point of view.
