Gretchen M. Fitzsimmons
Gretchen is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and resides in Mount Juliet with her husband and two children. She has lived in both Davidson County Old Hickory for 17 years and Wilson County Mount Juliet for eight years.
Gretchen began her career in real estate in 2009 working for a company that stages houses to sell. She specialized in helping her clients highlight the strengths of their homes while downplaying the weaknesses to help sell their house with higher profits and in a shorter amount of time. She also worked for a Nationwide Investor in 2012 that specialized in single family home rentals doing contract to close on hundreds of homes. She worked with the customers directly to help them find their perfect home .
Gretchen’s diverse experience in real estate has helped her become a knowledgable and a well-rounded agent. She is a member of Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors ( EMTAR ), as well as the Multiple Listing Service ( MLS ). Gretchen’s team at The Ashton Real Estate Group at RE/MAX Advantage is # #1 in Worldwide. She has earned her ABR, CRS, & CLHMS Designations in 2020.
She enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with her family.
