I started selling real estate in 1990 on the southwest side of Chicago and when interest rates were over 12% and the average days on market for houses were 90-180+. I have sold houses from Rogers Park to Kankakee to Rockford and everywhere in between. Later, getting licensed in Indiana in 2009 and covering all 7 counties that comprise Northwest Indiana.

I specialize with seniors and estate planning. Helping homeowners especially seniors negotiate property taxes and getting them reduced or getting the exemptions they deserve are the little things that go a long way and help families on a fixed income. One snowy day when mother nature dropped over 12 inches of snow, I volunteered to shovel for seniors who were stranded by the snow in Englewood. Channel 2 News did a brief segment on helping seniors who were needing help, which I was featured on February 16, 2021.

My mission is to help seniors because they have worked so hard all of their lives, fought for our country to make it a great place for us to live and now it is our turn to take care of them and make their lives easier. My heart breaks because there are so many families that aren’t prepared for the loss of a loved one and are faced with so many decisions that they never were faced with making before.

I have made it my mission to be a helping hand for seniors or families that are dealing with the overwhelming task of “what do I do next”. I work with families helping establish estates or unfortunately who are facing probate, by having a team of helping professionals that are there to offer care and service each and every step of the way.
