From her early success as Rookie of the Year in 2019 to her role today at RE/MAX Professionals, she delivers results while fostering collaboration and mentorship. In 2024, Kaila launched the EMPWR Collective, which has already grown to 120+ women-owned businesses across Northern Nevada. More than a membership, EMPWR is a movement—hosting high-energy networking events, workshops, and outreach that break barriers, spark collaboration, and fast-track business growth.
Her leadership extends into advocacy as a two-time PAC Chair for Sierra Nevada Realtors, serving on both the Professional Standards and Government Affairs Committees. She also chairs the City of Reno’s Ward 5 Neighborhood Advisory Board, where she champions community development and engagement.
