My real estate career started in Seattle WA in 2006 and I am now licensed in both Washington and Texas. When I meet new clients I can speak from experience not only writing offers but also first hand knowledge as I always put my money where my mouth is. Being newly licensed right before the recession I made the plunge into flipping homes since finding buyers/sellers was a feat. I built my clientele organically and along the way purchased more renovations and vacation home investments here and abroad.
