Vanessa Alaniz - RE/MAX Elite

A former high school educator and entrepreneur, Vanessa M. Alaniz, has always had a passion for serving others, and continues to do so in the real estate industry in South Padre Island, Brownsville, and Harlingen.
Her degrees in Marketing and PR and Advertising, from St. Edward’s University, have proven to help her to serve first-time home buyers and investors alike since obtaining her real estate license in November of 2021. Prior to this, she interned with a realtor for 9 months, while teaching, in order to gain insight into the market, trends, and the industry, in general. Her extensive experience in event planning, sales, fundraising for local nonprofits, marketing local business owners, including her own business, volunteering, directing multiple initiatives and programs as an educator, serving on the Alumni Board for SEU, and serving as the RGV’s Alumni Director for SEU have allowed her to serve the needs of her clients of all different backgrounds and needs in this new role. Her clients have been able to take advantage of, and appreciate, her attention to detail, organization, perseverance, and inquisitive and friendly nature, especially since investing and/or selling is one of the most important decisions that an individual can make in their lifetime. Fluent in Spanish and English, Vanessa serves the people of South Padre Island, Brownsville, and Harlingen, including those moving into the area on account of projects like SpaceX. Vanessa loves collaborating with investors, first-time home owners, and everyone in between, and is able to fully-service her clients, of all walks of life, on account of her expertise, passion, and love of her community.
Vanessa’s favorite part about real estate, thus far, has been hearing people’s stories and helping them to build/continue their legacies through real estate.
