My Name is Meredith Dean, and I as fortunate to PCS to Sumter in 1989, and now make Sumter my permanent home. Having also been and "military brat," I was very lucky to have lived overseas and Stateside with my Air Force family---especially to have landed here in Sumter, South Carolina!
Buying or selling a home can be a daunting experience. I am happy to be your "guide" throughout the whole process, from start to finish. I have been in Real Estate-related businesses since 1970, been licensed since 1994 (Broker's License in 2004), and acquired an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative designation in 2001).
