Katie Kelley Winglass
Born in and raised in Bowdoinham, ME Katie grew up playing soccer, basketball and participating in student government, sailing and theater.
After working as a pre-k educator, Katie owned and managed two successful restaurants in the midcoast Maine area. Her competitive drive, tireless work ethic and dedication developed through 17 years of business experience has since led her to a career in real estate.
With a passion for helping people and a strong understanding of the coastal Maine real estate market, Katie is committed to helping her buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals.
She prides herself on honesty and communication while dedicating full attention to every detail throughout every transaction.

A resident of Bath, ME for 30+ years, Katie is a proud mother to two daughters and a son, all Morse High School graduates (2010, 2015, 2019) now college grads (Boston College 2014, Bates College 2019, and Vanderbilt University 2023). Both daughters are Army ROTC graduates, one a veteran Captain and the other in the US Army Reserves.
Katie has three dogs and a cat and can be found reading, knitting, gardening, baking, exploring the Maine food scene and volunteering in her spare time.
