In 2003 Ann left a successful career at Apple Computer to become a Realtor specializing in Rossmoor. Ann quickly became the #1 agent in the Rossmoor Realty office within the first year of her career and maintained that #1 position until the day she left the Rossmoor Realty at the end of 2010 to join Better Homes and Gardens/ Mason-McDuffie. She brought her daughter Elizabeth on board in 2006 to help support her growing business. Ann's success continued at BHG where she eventually became a co-owner of the Rossmoor office. Missing personal client contact Ann sold her part of the office to focus on client interactions. Ann's Rossmoor office is now part of the Bay Area Re/Max Accord team.

Ann utilizes her 25 years of experience in sales and marketing in her day-to-day real estate transactions. As a former Apple Computer employee, she is constantly adapting her business to stay relevant in a constantly changing industry.
As a Rossmoor resident for almost 20 years, Ann has first-hand knowledge of the joys of living here and the challenges any buyer or seller might face. Ann married a fellow Rossmoor resident in 2012 and is living happily on Ptarmigan Drive with her husband Chuck and their dog.
