Colleen Kahl
Over the course of 25 years Colleen previously dedicated herself to providing exemplary customer service to her client base as a former stylist and business owner of a successful salon in her hometown of Sturbridge, Massachusetts.
After moving to Florida with her husband in 2013, she discovered a passion for home improvements and design as they made their house a home. She was excited to start a new career as a REALTOR where she could still connect with people and continue to provide the same level of customer service in the real estate industry.
Currently she has obtained several accreditations to better service her clients. She is ABR Certified (Accredited Buyer Representative) and ASP Certified (Accredited Staging Professional) along with obtaining her GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) and most recently obtained her SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) allowing buyers and sellers to feel confident in her ability to handle transactions from negotiations to closing. Colleen has excelled in her field by working with The Kim Coburn Team since 2019 and has had over 300 transactions in that time ....helping people get to the closing table.
Colleen enjoys spending time with family and friends, always looking to further educate herself to provide the very best for her clients and continues her love of projects big and small around her home.
