Additionally, Marie has recently studied Te Reo Maori at a university in her spare time.
Marie has been involved in a range of charitable activities from simple bucket appeals and clothing collections for the needy to full-scale event management for breast cancer fundraising. A long-time supporter of the SPCA and deeply caring about animal welfare, Marie has been doing volunteer work on a regular basis at the Auckland SPCA in Mangere.
