Resort Bonaire is one of the larger holiday resorts on Bonaire, with 114 privately owned apartments across six three-story buildings, plus a reception building on the EEG Boulevard with additional hotel rooms and is conveniently located nearby Bonaires many dive sites on the southwest coast. To further emphasize Corendons commitment to Resort Bonaire, they have just opened their own travel agency inside the Resort Bonaire reception building and, since last November, flights between Amsterdam and the Caribbean with Corendons own airline, include Bonaire as a destination twice a week.

Owners have the option to use the apartment for themselves full-time or to sign a contract with Resort Bonaires dedicated rental organization to rent it out for them. The local zoning also allows for both short-term and long-term stays. Owners are also allowed to rent out the apartment themselves, but only without the involvement of any third-party intermediaries.
As of July 1, a new rental management model-agreement is in effect that both Resort Bonaires apartment owners and Corendon have provided valuable input for, marking a big step forward for Resort Bonaire and its apartment owners towards a successful future.

Apartment C0.9 is a ground floor, one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on the corner of the building, with a large, L-shaped porch.
