The views from La Fortaleza are truly breathtaking, and it’s easy to spend hours just taking in natural beauty and incredible expansive views. Plus, with a four-story design, residents can enjoy plenty of privacy.
The building is made of steel and concrete, has outdoor steel stairs, and features high ceilings. It was built in 2018 to withstand earthquakes and has a strong foundation. The entire building has been well maintained, including being repainted in 2023.

FLOOR 1 – GROUND FLOOR:
The 1st floor features two rooms with individual access. One is currently used as a bodega, while the other serves as an office and game room with its private ensuite bathroom and storage room.
This floor could becomes an independent studio apartment overviewing the garden, with an additional storage room.
FLOOR 2:
There are two entrances accessing the 2nd floor, the main wood door leading to the open kitchen and living room, and the side door near the corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathroom.
The 2nd floor features 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen overviewing the valley, and a spacious living room. Enjoy the access to a mini terrace that could easily be extended and turned into an outdoor dining area.Note that the 2nd floor has an indoor staircase connecting to the 3rd floor.
FLOOR 3:
The 3rd floor features 2 additional bedrooms with amazing lighting, queen size beds, and a shared bathroom. If you were looking to maximize income, one of thes bedrooms could easily be turned into a kitchen with indoor dining and it could be rented as a 1 bedroom independent unit.
Relax with a peaceful nap on the balcony with a massive view, or continue on to the outdoor stairs for access to the rooftop terrace.
FLOOR 4:
This is my favorite room of Casa La Fortaleza – with a 360 panoramic valley views and even a glimpse of the Pacific ocean!
The rooftop currently offers a spacious, open area with available electrical and water connections. Keep it as an expansive rooftop terrace, or transform it into a cozy communal living space with wide sliding glass windows. Alternatively, consider converting the rooftop into a separate penthouse studio with amazing views!
