Real Estate sales in 1989 and was a successful, award winning agent for many
years before transitioning into management. Throughout her career, there’s
nothing Charlotte has valued more than assisting her clients and other associates to grow their businesses and focusing on their success.
Helping others live a “Life by Design” is at the core of Charlotte’s real estate
career. She is grateful to be living the lifestyle of her dreams and passionate
about helping others live the good life as well. The 35 plus years she has spent
in real estate honing her strategic thinking, negotiation skills and marketing
knowledge are the foundation of which she has built her impeccable reputation
in this industry. But what really inspires Charlotte is her ability to impact her

ON A PERSONAL NOTE…
When she has free time, Charlotte enjoys traveling and managing her short-term rental business in the Bruce Peninsula, but nothing is more important to her than spending quality time with her musician hubby, Al and her adult son Andrew as well as her little dachshund,
