Dylan Bogardi - RE/MAX Westcoast

With a strong background in skilled trades and over a decade of experience in the film industry, I bring a unique perspective, work ethic, and hands-on problem-solving approach to real estate. My career began in welding, mechanics, and power engineering at Lafarge Canada, where I developed discipline, precision, and a commitment to seeing projects through from start to finish.

My passion for real estate started at a young age and grew stronger when I purchased my first property in Port Moody at just 22 years old. Since then, I’ve continued to invest, study the market, and grow within the industry. I’m deeply interested in the economy and stock market, and I’m always eager to learn, adapt, and expand my knowledge to better serve my clients.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy restoring cars, gardening, home renovations, and traveling. Family is central to my life — my wife, who works as a nurse at St. Paul’s Hospital, is my best friend and partner in everything we do. Together, we look forward to starting a family and remain actively involved in our community, often volunteering and giving back.
