Born in Perth, Ontario and a lifetime resident of Eastern Ontario, I currently reside in Cornwall, ON, the 'City with a World of Possibilities'. Throughout my career (licensed since 1987) I have worked with Buyers and Sellers in both Rural and Urban settings throughout our real estate board. In 2002-3, I served as President of the Cornwall and District Real Estate Board, a valuable learning experience and our Board of Directors were responsible for the increased implementation of lock boxes by providing and encouraging their use, saving much valuable time in the days when there were many properties to show in a day!
