Whistler and Pemberton have been my home since 1986. My wife and I are entrepreneurs at heart and have owned and operated several businesses over that time period. In 1996 we started a family and enjoy our time working and recreating around Whistler, Pemberton and the world. My real estate career started with buying, renovating & selling properties throughout the Sea to Sky Corridor. Then came project sales and fractional sales for a few years before becoming fully licensed in 2002. Twenty plus years later, I have expanded my real estate business beyond residential sales to include commercial leasing and sales under the 'Dave Beattie & Associates' Real Estate Team.
