Mark Kruse has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years all with RE/MAX and in the same office. After being in the business for 19 years, and consistently breaking RE/MAX records on a regional and national level as well as teaching and facilitating agent classes and masterminds, Mark decided to take the giant leap to become a Team leader of his own RE/MAX team in the greater Denver/Colorado Front Range area. Mark and "The Time to Close Team" live the RE/MAX brand. It is representative of how Mark and his team seamlessly implement proactive communication and best practices to help their clients achieve their goals in a timely manner, as well as facilitate a smooth transaction from first contact all the way to the closing table. Mark has been a Top Producer in Sales for RE/MAX Alliance consistently and most notably received his Hall of Fame award in 2012, reached RE/MAX Platinum Sales and above 2013 to present, helped a staggering 81 families achieve their goals in 2016, and has earned national recognition by becoming one of the newest members of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017. He was also awarded the prestigious Chairman’s Club Award in 2016 and 2020, the Titan Club Award in 2021 as a solo agent without a full-time assistant, and the Titan Team Award in 2022. 2024 was a stelar year even in an ever changing market. Mark and his team were able to achieve the prestigious Diamond Club award. He has made the REAL Trends* “America’s Best” list every year since 2016, ranking him among the top 1.5% of the 1.6 million licensed real estate professionals in the United States of America.
