Cari Poscente is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with REMAX Advantage in Henderson, NV specializing in residential sales alongside her partner in Real Estate and Life, husband Steven Poscente. Cari was first licensed as a Realtor Idaho in 1997 and became a Broker in 2005. She was the co-owner of a development company and the broker of their real estate company, Southland Realty. Cari would acquire large parcels of land that they would then improve into subdivisions, she then would market the lots, she sold some to Indvidual's and others were sold to builders who she would then represent. She has worked with an array of people from landowners to the City Council, Planning and Zoning, engineers, and various subcontractors. She has won various awards during her Real Estate Career including several years in the Million Dollar Club with the Ada County Associations of Realtors. Cari has a zest for life and loves her family and trying new things. She has two fur babies, Taylor & Peanut, she has traveled the world, she is a 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo, certified scuba diver and has golfed since she was a young girl. Cari has one son who lives in Idaho with his wife and their 4 children making Cari a beaming “Nana”.
