Alongside being a Realtor, I also run an architecture firm with my husband, called Pagnotta Estrada Architects. Combining my two career passions just makes sense - my architecture clients want validation that their renovations are improving their property value substantially enough to get a return on investment, and my real estate clients want reassurance that their dream home or investment property is within the real of possibilities - whether it needs some cosmetic updates or gutted from top to bottom. As an Architect and a Realtor, it takes a lot to scare me when it comes to residential and commercial buildings, so I can help my clients navigate through any situation - whether in English or in Spanish!
