Karen is a dedicated broker devoted to helping her clients navigate the complexities of today’s real estate market. Prior to finding her way into sales, she owned several real estate-related small businesses and worked as a licensed mortgage loan officer.

Additional professional experience in new home construction, landscaping, asset management, financial analytics, contract negotiations, eye for design, and hospitality have structured her passion for residential real estate. She specializes in keeping a pulse on the local market and creating a customized marketing plan to meet her clients’ housing and financial goals!

Karen grew up in Charlotte and is a graduate of Charlotte-Mecklenburg school system. Karen has a Business Management degree from North Carolina State University. She has vast experience showcasing different areas in Greater Charlotte and has lived in Lake Norman, Fort Mill, and South Charlotte.
