My leadership extends beyond the brokerage. I’m deeply active in the REALTOR® community, serving as Immediate Past President of Canopy REALTOR® Association, Canopy MLS, and the Canopy Housing Foundation in 2024 and 2025. As part of the Executive Committee, I help shape policy and progress for thousands of local REALTOR® members — advocating for professional standards, housing opportunity, and the future of our industry.

As a Broker-in-Charge and mentor, I’m committed to cultivating full-time professionals who are empowered, informed, and client-first. I lead with a deep belief that smart systems, sharp skills, and service-driven values lead to better experiences — for buyers, sellers, and the agents representing them.
