With over a decade as a fashion consultant and stylist, collaborating with top designers worldwide, Troy’s passion for fashion has transformed into a love for real estate design. His ability to see the potential in a property—whether staging, remodeling, or flipping—gives his clients a unique advantage in today’s market.

Troy also serves as the Executive State Director for Miss Alaska USA and Miss Alaska Volunteer, and he is proud to serve on the Board of Directors of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Alaska Chapter, where he continues his mission of community impact and advocacy.

When he isn’t helping clients find their dream homes, Troy enjoys playing tennis, traveling the world, and exploring new cultures. To date, he has visited 27 countries and checked off four of the Seven Wonders of the World.
