My name is Carla Belanger and I am a Raleigh native! I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005. During that time, I have worked in new construction, property management, Listing and Sales Coordinating, Closing Manager, and a Broker. I have a BA in Communication Studies / Spanish from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) and I am a Notary Public. I focus my time and energy on earning client trust and ensuring that every step that is taken, is taken together.

Prior to real estate, I helped operate my family’s very successful Italian restaurant business, which I began doing as a teenager. My family is originally from Italy, they came to the United States to change their course, and start again. I come from a long line of entrepreneurs and I am excited to have charted my course in the real estate industry.

From finding help with temporary housing or planning inspections, selling your home, or a lot of land, I am available to assist. I am always happy and ready to explain purchase and sales agreements and return phone calls, texts, or emails very quickly and with detail.
