With a strong dedication to real estate and over two decades of industry experience, Dawn Cox is passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. Originally from Maryland, Dawn began her career in 1998 as a Mortgage Loan Processor and later advanced to a Mortgage Loan Settlement Officer. In 2011, she earned her real estate license and has since been consistently recognized among the top 20% of agents in her office.

Dawn’s deep understanding of both the mortgage and real estate processes gives her clients a competitive edge, whether they are buying or selling a home. She specializes in VA loans and takes great pride in assisting Veterans through every step of their homeownership journey.

In 2024, Dawn and her teammate opened a new office in Radford, expanding their firm’s footprint. In 2025, she proudly joined forces with RE/MAX 8, giving her access to even broader resources while maintaining the personalized service she’s known for. From the New River Valley to Southwest Virginia and Roanoke, Dawn is committed to delivering top-notch, results-driven real estate services.

When she’s not working with clients, Dawn enjoys time with her miniature horse, The Min, and her beloved Shih Tzu, Maggie Mae. She also has a passion for classic cars and cherishes time spent with her family.
