Debra Ferris has been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years, and has decades of professional experience in business-focused roles, primarily in sales. As a long-time Raleigh resident, with more than 23 years in the area, Debra brings a wealth of Triangle-specific knowledge to her clients–not just market trends, but knowledge of schools in the area, traffic and commutes, family recreation areas, and more. As someone who understands that buying and selling can be stressful experiences in the best of times, Debra knows there’s nothing more important, reassuring, and helpful than having a diligent, empathetic real estate agent you can trust and who will work to understand your needs. Outside of work, Debra is an active member of the community, volunteering with her church, local baseball teams, Rotary, local non-profits, and is a mom to three.
