I have been a full-time real estate agent since 2006, during which time I have earned the Property Marketing Expert (PME) certification, which is a great benefit for sellers and especially valuable to those who have investment properties. My knowledge and experience as a PME allow me to carefully analyze and assess each property and assist in attracting and selecting great tenants.
In 2014, I further enhanced my skills and value to my clients by attaining my Broker’s license, which is the highest level of designation in the real estate profession.
In 2016, I also achieved my Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP) because I have a strong respect for our men and women who serve in the military and the sacrifices that their children and families endure.
In 2022, I became a Notary Public enhancing my ability to assist clients with legal documentation.
In March 2023, I earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification, further strengthening my expertise in navigating complex real estate transactions. This credential demonstrates my commitment to helping clients facing challenging financial situations.
