Nile Stark has over two decades of experience in real estate investment and is a licensed General Contractor. Nile is currently an REO listing agent serving Lane and Douglas Counties and works with asset managers for banks, institutions and government sponsored enterprises.

Prior to working in real estate, Nile worked in the residential and light commercial construction industry for approximately ten years. Nile has collaborated with developers and builders on projects ranging from multi-million-dollar luxury homes to large-scale subdivisions. Nile has engaged in various commercial joint ventures, held first trust deeds, and participated in 1031 exchanges. He has completed numerous real estate transactions and is an investor himself with investment properties across Oregon and Iowa.

Aside from real estate, Nile is passionate about outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, camping, scuba diving and motorcycle riding.
