Timothy Campbell brings dedication, discipline, and a true passion for helping others to his role as a REALTOR® with RE/MAX One. As a Firefighter/EMT for Anne Arundel County, Tim has built a career rooted in service, teamwork, and trust—values that carry seamlessly into his work in real estate.

Before becoming a real estate professional, Tim gained valuable experience working in property management with Bozzuto, as well as in construction and telecommunications. These roles taught him how to problem-solve under pressure, communicate clearly, and work effectively with people from all walks of life.

Born in the Philippines while his parents served as missionaries, Tim later moved to Maryland and now calls Calvert County home. He loves the area’s water views, friendly community, and sense of peace. Outside of work, Tim enjoys staying active, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

Grounded in his faith, Tim is inspired by Christ and strives to serve every client with honesty, care, and integrity. His energy and fresh perspective make him a powerful advocate for buyers and sellers alike—especially those taking their first steps into homeownership.
