Tania Grindeman is a Southern California native and a licensed Realtor®️ since 1999 currently with Re/Max Select One. Tania serves SoCal residents by helping them sell, purchase and lease their homes or commercial properties.

Tania’s passion for the real estate process began in high school as she watched her Dad, Rudy, buy, renovate and sell homes in Burbank, California. Rudy shared how to choose the best home, how to look for upside, write compelling offers and sell once the numbers pencil out.

Tania frequently wins bids for her buyers even when there are multiple offers. Additionally, Tania offers marketing, renovation, and staging ideas that help her sellers get the most money from their sale. Tania’s buyers and sellers benefit from her social media and technology know-how, plus her industry connections she leverages at every phase of the buying and selling process. All of this comes together in a smooth and successful close of escrow for her clients.

Tania has a big family and they get together as often as possible. In her free time she enjoys trying new recipes, biking, and sailing with her husband.
