Shannon Bierowicz - RE/MAX of Naperville

Born and raised in Naperville, I am a local expert with a passion for selling and finding homes for people to make new memories in!

As a second generation Broker, real estate quite literally runs in my blood! I grew up surrounded by closings, showings, and seeing the ins and outs of the business since I was a child.

My motto is: people first, homes second.

A home is the biggest investment anyone ever makes, and I know the tremendous stress and pressure people are under when buying or selling, and my goal is to be the expert that sees you through every step of the way to alleviate some of that stress. Consider me the anchor to our "ship" during what's often a very tumultuous time in peoples' lives!

     As your Broker, I will bring to the table the same work ethic I applied to my 17 years of Martial Arts training, which had earned me a 4th Dan ranking Black Belt and a Master title.

My Foundation
-I offer a base in the "old school" knowledge of Real Estate, and a fresh perspective in marketing and technology.
-I have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Minor in Business Management from North Central College.

Interpersonal Experience
     When training in Martial Arts, I taught through high school and college, and accumulated an extensive base in interpersonal skills from dealing with clients.
My degree holds immense importance, as it acts as a foundational backbone for every business in every industry. You cannot sell your home if no one knows about your home! This is where my marketing experience comes in- I have experience in creating comprehensive marketing plans.
